Selena was raised primarily by her mom, after her father passed away when she was 8 years old. She is the youngest of 3 siblings, and the only girl. Her eldest brother has had a long career in the music industry as a guitar tech for numerous international touring artists. Her second brother has been in the military for more than 15 years, and is a pilot in the United States Air Force. He has a wife, who is one of her best friends. Together, they have 2 sons and a daughter, whom Selena loves very much.
Selena is engaged to her boyfriend of 9 years, and will be getting married in 2021. They are fur parents to a 3 year old Red Heeler mix, named Ralph.
Selena earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from San Antonio College in 2016.
She then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Texas A&M University - San Antonio in 2017.
While in school, Selena worked for Concord Hotels as a front desk agent for two of their hotel properties. After graduating, she was promoted to the role of Dual Sales Manager, where she manages corporate accounts and books corporate and social events for the two hotels.
Selena enjoys listening to podcasts, especially true crime/paranormal, comedy, and entertainment podcasts. She loves watching hockey. She's a HUGE Dallas Stars fan, so you can catch her yelling at the TV when there's a game on. She's a bit of a movie buff. She can spend an entire weekend watching movies. She also enjoys playing with her dog, Ralph. As you can imagine, you'd hear a lot of squeaking and pitter patter if you step foot into Selena's home.
